Reminder to Stay Home When Sick

Dear Aims Employees,

We want to remind everyone to remain at home if you are not feeling well. The cold and flu season, along with COVID-19, continues to impact the Aims community and others around us.

The CDC recommends the following:

  • All employees should stay home if they are sick. 

  • Employees who become sick at work should promptly separate themselves from others and go home.

  • Employees should stay home until at least 24 hours after their fever is gone without the use of fever-reducing medications or after symptoms have improved (at least 4-5 days after flu-like symptoms start).

Remember, if you are sick, please notify your supervisor and refer to Aims Community College Leave of Absence Procedure 529-01.
